肌氨肽苷联合丹参对脑梗死患者神经保护及相关生化指标的影响 被引量:4

THE NERVE PROTECTIVE EFFECT OF THE MUSCULAR AMINO ACIDS AND PEPTIDES AND NUCLEOSIDES INJECTION COMBINATION WITH DANSHEN INJECTION POWER ON PATIENTS WITH CEREBRAL INFARCTION AND ITS EFFECT ON THE RELATED BIOCHEMICAL INDICATORS

摘要 目的评价肌氨肽苷联合注射用丹参对脑梗死患者的神经保护作用及其对相关生化指标的影响。方法 126例脑梗死患者随机分成观察组(肌氨肽苷联合注射用丹参)与对照组(肌氨肽苷)。于治疗前及治疗后2周测定血浆高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血清胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)及纤维蛋白原(FIB)表达水平和神经功能缺损评分。结果二组治疗后血hs-CRP、TC、TG、LDL-C及FIB含量均明显降低(P<0.05),而HDL-C显著升高(P<0.05),但二组治疗后比较,各指标均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时二组治疗后神经功能缺损评分值均有所下降,以观察组为优(P<0.05)。结论肌氨肽苷、注射用丹参能减轻脑梗死患者的炎症反应,减轻对脑组织的损害,降低神经功能损伤,且肌氨肽苷联合注射用丹参疗效优于单独肌氨肽苷。 Objective To evaluate the nerve protective effect of the Muscular Amino Acids and Peptides and Nucleosides injection combination with Danshen injection power on patients with cerebral infarction and its effect on the related biochemical indicators. Methods A total of 126 cases with the cerebral infarction were divided into the treatment group {the Muscular Amino Acids and Peptides and Nueleosides injection combi- nation with Danshen injection power) and the control group (Muscular Amino Acids and Peptides and Nucleosides injection). The expression levels of plasma highsensitivity C- reactive protein (hs- CRPI, se- rum total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein- cholesterol( LDL- C) and fibrinogen (FIB) and the neural function deficient scale were detected before the treatment and 2 weeks after treatment. Results The contents of hs - CRP, hemorrheology and FIB in two groups decreased significantly after the treatment, and which in the treatment group decreased significantly than the control group (P〈 0.05), while HDL- C increased significantly(P〈0.05). After treatment, the scores of the neural function deficient scale in two groups decreased and was better in the treatment group(P〈0.05 ). Conclusions Muscular Amino Acids and Peptides and Nucleosides injection and Danshen injection power can reduce the inflammation in ACI patients, the immune response to the brain tissue damage and the neural function dam- age, The treatment effect of Danshen injection power combination with Muscular Amino Acids and Peptides and Nueleosides injection is superior to the single Muscular Amino Acids and Peptides and Nucleosides injection.
