家禽饲料有效能值的生物学评定方法 被引量:3

摘要 研究畜禽对于饲料及饲料原料的利用情况是传统动物营养学三大基本任务之一,代谢能体系可以很好地表达饲料所含有的有效能值,世界各国在家禽的营养中都应用代谢能体系,但家禽饲料代谢能的评定方法各异。本文综述了家禽饲料有效能值生物学评定方法。 Research on animal use for feed and feed raw material is one of the three traditional basic tasks of animal nutrition,metabolism energy system can well express feed contained effectively,the countries all over the world use metabolic energy system in poultry nutrition,but different assessment methods for poultry feed metabolic energy. This paper reviews the poultry feed available energy by the biological evaluation method.
