摘要
羽色是畜禽重要的品种特征之一,是一种易观察的表型性状。畜禽的羽色性状由许多基因控制,其中目前研究较多的主要有黑素皮质素受体1(MC1R)、刺鼠信号蛋白基因(ASIP)、黑素亲和素(MLPH)、溶质载体家族(SLC24A5、SLC45A2)、酪氨酸酶(TYR)家族(TYR、TYRP1、TYRP2)等,各基因间相互作用形成了不同的羽毛颜色。本文简要介绍黑色素的形成机理及研究概况,并对畜禽羽色相关基因ASIP和TYRP1的遗传机制及研究进展进行综述,以便为进一步研究畜禽羽色形成的分子遗传机制提供参考。
Plumage color in animal is one of the important breed characteristic and a phenotypic trait which is easy to observed. Plumage traits of are controlled by many genes,nowdays the researches are mostly including the melanocortin receptors(MC1R),agouti signal protein gene(ASIP),melanin avidin(MLPH),solute carrier family(SLC24A5,SLC45A2),tyrosinase(TYR)family,etc...,each gene interacts to form plumage color from each other. This paper briefly describes the formation mechanism and research survey of melanin,and summarizes the genetic mechanism and research progress of ASIP,TYRP1 associating with plumage color,to provide references for further studying the molecular genetic mechanism of plumage color.
