授课教师评学是高校学生评价工作的一个重要组成部分。有些学生因重分轻学造成师生关系的紧张,这与当前学生评价机制不完善有一定的关系。完善学生评价机制,需重视建设网络评学平台,倡导质性评价的灵活应用,以保证授课教师评学的常态化与权威性。同时,还需要扩大评学结果的应用范围,实现学校各部门的信息共享。

Teacher＇s evaluation on students is an essential part for college students＇ evaluation.Some students＇ emphasis on the results rather than the process of learning has caused the tense relationship between teachers and students,which,to a certain extent,is related to the defects of students＇ evaluation system.To improve students＇ evaluation system,attention should be paid to the construction of network learning evaluation platform;in addition,flexible application of qualitative evaluation should be encouraged so as to make teachers＇ evaluation on students go smoothly and to guarantee its authority.Meanwhile,it is necessary to expand the application of the evaluation results and to ensure that information is shared in all the departments in school.
