摘要
将含氢硅油和聚醚在铂催化剂存在下进行硅氢加成反应,合成了Si—C型聚醚改性硅油;再与由二甲基硅油和气相法白炭黑制成的硅膏、助乳化剂及去离子水按比例混合,制得乳液型有机硅消泡剂。比较了该消泡剂与渤海锦州9-3油田正在使用的溶剂型消泡剂BHX-03的使用效果。结果表明,二者的使用效果相当且前者用量更少,完全可替代BHX-03,具有良好的应用和推广价值。
Si—C polyether modified silicone fluid was synthesized by hydrosilylation in the presence of hydrogen-containing silicone fluid and polyether,with platinum as the catalyst. Then the product mixed in proportion with dimethyl silicone fluid and silicone sealant made of fumed silica,auxiliary emulsifier and deionized water,thus emulsion silicone defoamer was prepared. Effects of the defoamer and BHX-03 solvent defoamer used by 9-3 oilfield in Jinzhou,Bohai were compared. Results show that both are good for use,but the former uses less. It has the good application and deserved to promote,and is ideal to replace BHX-03.
