重度主动脉瓣狭窄伴左室功能不全患者的临床决策 被引量：7

摘要 主动脉瓣狭窄是发病率最高的心脏瓣膜病,其主要治疗方法是外科主动脉瓣置换术。当患者出现左室扩大、射血分数降低及充血性心力衰竭时,外科主动脉瓣置换术的手术风险增大,造成了治疗困难。经导管主动脉瓣置入术是一种侵入性更小的治疗手段。该技术的发展为外科手术高危的重度主动脉瓣狭窄患者的治疗带来了新希望。
