Coal/char gasification reactivity index H_(CG) and its application

摘要 在煤(焦)样程序升温热重分析的基础上,提出了一个可以简单、定量、准确表征煤(焦)气化反应活性的气化活性指数HCG,对我国典型煤(焦)样进行了程序升温热重实验,通过HCG与其他解析方法的对比验证了HCG的表征效果.结果表明:R0.5,Rmax和Tmax在表征煤(焦)的气化反应活性时存在一定的误差;而T0.5和HCG两个指标均可以准确、可靠地表征煤(焦)气化反应活性,但是难气化的煤(焦)T0.5均大于1 000℃,超出了普通热重分析仪的温度范围,应用受到限制;而HCG可以通过温度上限较低的热重分析仪测量计算得出,应用范围更加广泛,适于评价煤(焦)的气化反应性. In order to easily,accurately and quantitatively evaluate coal(char)gasification reactivity,based on temperature-programmed thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)of coal or char samples,an innovative gasification reactivity index(HCG)was defined and proposed.The temperature-programmed TGA was carried out with typical coal samples and there derived char samples.HCGand the other existing gasification reactivity indices were compared to verify the characterize effect of gasification reactivity.The results show that indices including R0.5,Rmax and Tmaxare unable to characterize gasification activity of coal or char at acceptable inaccuracy.Meanwhile,both T0.5and HCG can accurately and reliably characterize gasification activity.However,coal or char samples are difficult to be gasified,so that the T0.5is commonly higher than 1000℃ and is beyond the temperature scope of TGA instruments,consequently resulting in the limitations of the application of T0.5.By contrast,the application of HCGis wider and it can be used to evaluate the gasification activity of coal or char.
