摘要 目的:通过研究CD133、CD10在子宫内膜息肉中的表达情况,为子宫内膜息肉提供更多的诊断方法,从而降低子宫内膜息肉的误诊率和漏诊率。方法:选取经宫腔镜及病理诊断为子宫内膜息肉患者120例子宫内膜息肉标本作为实验组,同时选取30例因阴道不规则出血行诊刮术,经病理证实为增生期子宫内膜的同期患者子宫内膜标本作为对照组,采用免疫组织化学的方法检测CD133、CD10的表达情况。结果:CD133在子宫内膜息肉组中的阳性表达率(69.16%)高于增生期子宫内膜组(26.67%),差异具有可比性(P<0.05);CD133在伴有分泌功能的子宫内膜息肉组中阳性表达率(83.05%)高于以增生期为主的子宫内膜息肉组(55.74%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CD10在子宫内膜息肉组中的强阳性表达率降低,与对照组比较,差异具有可比性(P<0.05)。结论:CD133在子宫内膜息肉中的表达率增高,特别是在伴有分泌功能的子宫内膜息肉中呈高表达;CD10在子宫内膜息肉中表达率降低,两种因子可能与子宫内膜息肉的发病机制及组织结构有关,可以进一步研究将其作为诊断子宫内膜息肉的重要参考指标。 Objective:To explore the expression of CD133 and CD10 in endometrial polyps, to reduce the misdiagnosis rate of endometrial polyps , and provide more for the diagnosis of endometrial polyps. Meth-od:120 cases of patients confirmed of endometrial polyps by hysteroscopy surgery and pathology as the ex-perimental group, 30 number of patients who line with irregular uterine bleeding in our hospital clinical scraping and confirmed normal proliferative endometrium as control group. Then detected the expression of CD133 and CD10. Result:The positive expression rate(69.16%) of CD133 in endometrial polyps group was significantly higher than the control group(26.67)(P〈0.05),and the positive expression rate(83.05%) of CD133 in secretory phase endometrium was much higher than the other group (55.74%). The difference be-tween the three groups was statistically significant ( P〈0.05) . The detection of the expression rate of CD10 in experimental group was significantly lower than control group ,The differences between the depression rates of two groups were statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion: The expression of CD133 is higher in the group of endometrial polyp, especially higher in the group of secretory phase endometrium;The expression of CD10 in the group of endometrial polyp is lower . Both of the factors may be associated with the pathogenesis of endometrial polyps, which can further research as a new diagnosis of endometrial polyps.
