泉州市儿童肺炎克雷伯菌与成人肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药性变迁分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨泉州市儿童肺炎克雷伯菌与成人肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药性变迁并进行对比分析。方法:筛选2009年1月至2014年1月泉州市儿童肺炎克雷伯菌与成人肺炎克雷伯菌感染患者311例,作为研究对象。采用全自动微生物鉴定系统及纸片扩散法对所有研究对象临床分离的肺炎克雷伯菌进行药敏实验,选择临床常用25种抗菌药物进行实验,比较儿童肺炎克雷伯菌与成人肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药性变迁。结果:儿童组与成人组肺炎克雷伯菌对亚胺培南、哌拉西林、头孢哌酮舒巴坦等多种抗菌药物均具有高度的敏感性,同时成人组的耐药率要高于儿童组,两组比较存在显著差异,P<0.05,具有统计学意义;且近年来抗菌药物的耐药率呈现增高趋势,各时期比较存在显著差异,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:针对肺炎克雷伯菌,成人与儿童的耐药率存在较多差异,因此有必要对不同区域内、不同时间点的成人及儿童的肺炎克雷伯菌耐药性及其变迁趋势进行定期监控,提供有价值的临床治疗参考。 Objective:To explore and compare drug resistance ’ s variation of pneumonia klebsiella for children and adult in Quanzhou city. Method:311 patients infected with pneumoniae klebsiella of Jan. 2009 to Jan 2014 were enrolled in the study, and drug sensitive experiment were conducted to all the specimens i-solated by automatic microorganism identification system and disk diffusion methods , 25 kinds of commonly used antimicrobial agents were introduced into experiments, and pneumonia klebsiella resistance’ s variation between children and adults were noted and compared. Result:Specimens of both 2 groups to imipenem,pip-eracillin, cefoperazone sulbactam and other antibacterial drugs with high sensitivity, adult group whose drug resistance ratio was higher than children group,and difference with statistical significance( P〈0.05).Be-sides, and antimicrobial resistance rates in recent years presented an increasing tendency, there were signifi-cant differences in each period( P〈0.05) . Conclusion: There are many differences on drug resistance ratio in terms of pneumonia Klebsiella between adult and children, so regularly drug resistance monitoring to dif-ferent areas and time period are needed to provide clinical reference.
