聚/表二元体系组成优化及驱替特征实验 被引量:5

EXPERIMENT OF THE COMPOSITION OPTIMIZATION AND FLOODING CHARACTERISTICS FOR POLYMER/SURFACTANT BINARY SYSTEM

摘要 针对大港油田港西三区油藏特点、开发现状和存在问题,在深入调研聚/表二元复合驱驱油机理和理论基础上,以物理化学、高分子材料学和油藏工程为理论指导,以化学分析、仪器检测和物理模拟为技术手段,以港西三区储层条件为对象开展了聚/表二元复合驱特征实验。结果表明:随表面活性剂质量浓度增加,二元复合驱采收率增加,但增幅较小,合理表面活性剂质量浓度为2.0g/L;随聚合物质量浓度升高,聚合物驱和二元复合驱采收率增加,但增幅较小,合理聚合物质量浓度约为1.5 g/L;随聚合物质量浓度增加,二元复合体系流度控制能力对采收率贡献率增加,但增幅逐渐趋于稳定;在影响采收率2个基本要素中,驱油剂流度控制能力对采收率的贡献率要远大于洗油效率的贡献率。 Aiming at the reservoir characteristics, current development situation and existing problems of Gangxi Block 3 of Dagang Oilfield, on the bases of the further investigation and researches on the oil displacing mechanism and theories of the polymer/surfactant binary flooding, theoretically guided by the physicochemistry, high-molecule material science and reservoir engineering, by means of the following technical methods such as the chemical analy- sis, instrumental detection and physical simulation, taking the reservoir conditions of Gangxi Block 3 as the experi- mental subject, the experiment on the polymer/surfactant binary flooding characteristics is carried out. The results show that with the increase of the surfactant mass concentration, the recovery factor of the binary combination flood- ing increases as well, but the increment is small, the rational surfactant mass concentration is 2.0 g/L; with the in- crease of the polymer mass concentration, both the recovery factors and increments of the polymer and binary com-bination floodings shows as same as that of the former, the rational polymer mass concentration is around 1.5 g/L;with the rise of the polymer mass concentration, the contribution rate of the mobility controlling ability over the re- covery factor of the binary combination system improves, however the increment gradually tends to be stable. Com- paring the two basic influencing factors of the recovery factor, the rate of the mobility controlling ability over the oil recovery factor is far greater than that of the oil displaced efficiency.
