摘要
为解决化学复合驱矿场试验产出污水中高质量浓度表面活性剂等干扰下聚合物(聚丙烯酰胺)残余质量浓度无法准确测定的难题,结合矿场动态跟踪监测实际,改进了单波长淀粉-碘化镉分光光度法检测反应条件,并通过建立双波长、三波长分光光度法以减小测定中各种理化因素所造成的误差。在比较了常规单波长法、液相色谱法、改进测定技术、双波长及三波长法的原理与特点的基础上,说明了新方法在复杂污水里聚合物质量浓度实际检测中降低各因素干扰的测试结果与技术优势。结果表明:双波长、三波长分光光度法不增加检测分析操作步骤与测试繁琐程度,只增加数据采集与计算工作量,无需变更仪器设备与分析方法;回避了液相色谱法成本高、柱效低消耗量大、检测仪易污染等问题,使矿场试验聚合物质量浓度大规模跟踪监测更加快捷、便利、经济。
In order to solve the problem of the failure to actually determine the residual mass concentration/fraction of the polymer { polyacrylamide ) under the interference of high-mass-concentration surfactant and others in the waste water produced from the chemical complex flooding field test, the detection of reaction conditions is improved by single-wavelength starch-cadmium iodide spectrophotometric method in combination with the dynamic tracking and monitoring realities in the field, and moreover with the help of double-wavelength and three-wavelength spectro- photometric methods, the errors resulted from the various physical and chemical factors are reduced in the test. On the bases of the comparisons in the principles and characteristics of conventional single wavelength method, liquid chromatography, improved detecting technique, double-wavelength and three-wavelength method, the tested results and the technical advantages are presented for the application of the new method in the reduction of the interference of various factors during the actual test of the polymer mass concentration in the composite waste water. The results show that the double-wavelength and three-wavelength spectrophotometric methods will not make the test complicat- ed but only increase the data acquisition and calculation workload other than the detection analyzing and operating steps, thus it is unnecessary to change the instruments and analyzing methods. Therefore, the problems of the high cost of liquid chromatography, low column efficiency, high energy consumption, easy to be polluted for the detec- ting instruments are avoided, and furthermore all the achievements make the large-scale tracking and monitoring of the polymer mass concentration in the field test much faster, more convenient and more cost-effective.
