壮药白花九里明提取物对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌体外抗菌作用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究壮药白花九里明水、醇提取物对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌( MR-SA)体外抗菌的作用,为临床治疗MRSA感染提供新的途径。方法制备壮药白花九里明水、醇提取物,采用纸片扩散法对临床分离的MRSA菌株进行体外抑菌实验,肉汤稀释法测定最小抑菌浓度( MIC)和最小杀菌浓度( MBC)。结果壮药白花九里明的水提取物抑菌圈直径为18~24 mm,醇提取物抑菌圈直径为11~18 mm;水提取物的MIC为31.25~250 mg/mL、MBC为31.25~250 mg/mL,醇提取物的MIC为31.25~250 mg/mL、MBC为62.5~500 mg/mL。结论壮药白花九里明水、醇提取物对MRSA菌株有较好的抑制作用。 Objective It is to explore the antibacterial effect of water, alcohol extract of extractive Blumea megacephala ( Randeria) chamg et Tseng against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus ( MRSA) in vi-tro, thus to provide a new way for the clinical treatment of MRSA infection .Methods Water, alcoholextraction of Blumea megacephala ( Randeria) chamg et Tseng was prepared, ant-ibacterial experiment in vitro against Strains of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus a-ureus isolated from clinic was performed on by the conventional agar diffusion method, minimum inhibitory conc-entration ( MIC) and mini-mal bactericidal concentration ( MBC) were determined by double dilution method.Results Bacteriostatic circle diameter of water extract of Blumea megacephala ( Randeria) chamg et Tseng was 18-24 mm, and that of alcohol extract was 11-18 mm , MIC of water extract was 31.25-250 mg/mL, MBC was 31.25-250 mg/mL, MIC of alcohol extract was 31.25-250 mgm/L , its MBC was 62.5-500 mg/mL.Conclusoi n Water, alcohol extract of Blumea megacephala ( Randeria) chamg et Tseng have good inhibitory effect against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus strains.
