摘要
从2型糖尿病一级未病先防、二级有病早治、二级既病防变3方面入手介绍王志刚主任医师对2型糖尿病病因病机的理解及治疗方面的独到见解,总结其对糖尿病的"三级"防治思想临床辨治的心得体会。
Three-class prevention and treatment for type 2 diabetic mellitus （T2DM） carried out by chief physicianWANGZhigangare analyzed in the paper, which are preventive treatment of the disease in the first class, early treatment for the disease in the second class as well as treatment to prevent deterioration in the third class. Be-sides his treating skills,WANG′sunique knowledge of etiology and pathogenesis for T2DM can be presented in his practice. Clinically,WANG′sexperience and methods of syndrome differentiation in treating T2DM are concluded in the paper.
