桃红四物汤加减辅助治疗药物流产阴道出血临床观察

Clinical Observation of TaoHong SiWu Tang in Treating Vaginal Bleeding Due to Medical Abortion

目的:观察桃红四物汤加减辅助治疗药物流产阴道出血的临床疗效。方法:将药物流产患者200例随机分为桃红四物汤辨证加减辅助治疗的观察组和予益母草颗粒治疗的对照组各100例,观察2组患者流产效果、阴道出血情况及子宫复旧情况。结果:观察组完全流产率为96%,少量及中量出血率为97%、止血有效率为93%,明显高于对照组;出血持续时间为(5.80±0.90)天,子宫纵径为(6.93±1.01)cm,子宫横径为(4.01±0.76)cm,子宫内膜厚度为(0.78±0.11)cm,明显低于对照组。结论:桃红四物汤加减辅助治疗药物流产有助于减少阴道出血量、缩短出血时间、促进子宫复旧。

Objective： To study the effect ofTaoHongSiWuTangon vaginal bleeding patients due to medical abortion. Methods： Overall 200 patients with vaginal bleeding due to medical abortion were enrolled and randomly divided into the observation group prescribedTaoHongSiWuTangand the control group givenYimucaotreatment with 100 cases respectively. The abortion effect, vaginal bleeding degree and uterine involution condition were com-pared in both groups. Results： The complete abortion rate was 96%, small and medium bleeding rate 97% and hemostasis efficiency 93% in the observation group, which were significantly higher than the control group; the bleeding duration was（5.80±0.90） a day, uterus longitudinal diameter （6.93±1.01） cm, uterus transverse diameter （4.01±0.76） cm and uterus endometrial thickness （0.78±0.11） cm, which were significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion：TaoHongSiWuTanghas a positive clinical value for it can reduce vaginal bleeding volume, shorten the bleeding time and promote uterine involution.
