中西医结合舒适护理干预高危妊娠合并抑郁效果观察

The Effect of Comfort Care by Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine on Women of High Risk Pregnancy with Depression

目的:观察中西医结合舒适护理对高危妊娠合并抑郁患者的干预效果。方法:将高危妊娠合并抑郁孕妇120例根据入住病床的单双号分为治疗组与对照组各60例,2组均予常规针灸与药物口服干预,在此基础上治疗组加用积极的舒适护理干预。结果:2组干预前抑郁评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后评分均下降(P<0.05),组间比较差异明显(P<0.05);干预后治疗组疼痛管理、躯体功能和症状应对评分及生理、心理、社会与环境评分高于对照组(P<0.05);分娩后治疗组新生儿1分钟评分与5分钟评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合舒适护理干预能有效缓解高危妊娠合并抑郁患者的抑郁情况,改善患者自我管理能力,从而提高生命质量与新生儿预后。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of comfort care by integrated Chinese and Western medicine for high-risk pregnant women with depression. Methods： According to patients＇ first registering numbers （single and double）, 120 cases of high-risk pregnant women with depression were divided into two groups with 60 cases in each. Both groups were given acupuncture and oral medicine, while patients in the treatment group were added the posi-tive intervention of comfort care. Results： The depression scores had no significant difference compared between the two groups before the intervention（P〉0.05） and were significantly decreased after the intervention in both group （P〈0.05）, meanwhile the differences of the depression scores after the intervention between the two groups were greatly （P〈0.05）; after the intervention the pain management, physical function and responding symptoms scores as well as physiological, psychological, social and environmental scores of the treatment group were significantly high-er than that in the control group（P〈0.05）; the baby＇s Apgar scores 1minute and 7 minutes after birth in the treatment group were obviously higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The comfort care combining with inte-grated Chinese and Western medicine for high-risk pregnant women suffering from depression can effectively relieve depressive conditions and improve self-management skills to enhance their quality of life and better the neonatal out-comes.
