摘要
非模态主轴的五轴双摆头机床C轴不能360°自由回转,文章针对这个问题,基于该类机床的基本后置处理算法,提出了一种旋转角优化选择方法,并结合JAVA语言,开发出对该机床的专用后置处理器。最后,通过对某QQ零件的加工验证了旋转角优化选择法在多轴数控加工中具有重要的实用价值,同时此法也为其他同类机床解决旋转角受限问题提供了一定的参考。
The non-modal spindle of double swing five axis machine’s Caxis can not be freely rotated 360 degrees, aiming at this problem, on the basis of the subsequent processing algorithm, proposed a rotation angle optimization selection method, combined with the JAVA language, developed the special post processor for this machine. Finally, through the process of a QQ parts which verified rotation angle optimization selection method has important practical value in multi-axis NC machining, while this same method can also solve the problem of limited angle of rotation for other similar tools provide some reference.
