精密换刀装置由刀盘、刀座体、刀盘拉紧机构、换位机构和定位机构组成,实现了粗加工到精加工的连续进行,使粗加工行程结束后刀具无需退回到加工前的起始位置就可以直接进行刀具的切换。该装置减少加工时间,提高加工效率、降低生产成本。

Precision tool changer device consists of cutter, knife block body, cutter tensioning mechanism, transposition mechanism and positioning mechanism. The utility meet the needs of continuous roughing to finishing, and solve the critical process that the tool can be directly switched without pre-processing tool to make the trip back to the starting position. The device is to reduce the processing time and improve process-ing efficiency, reduce production costs.
