摘要
发动机缸体轴承盖是支撑曲轴的关键零件,其螺栓孔尺寸精度对发动机产品的工作性能有着重要影响。通过对所加工轴承盖加工工艺分析研究,并结合用户实际需求,设计了一种用于加工多品种多工件的发动机缸体轴承盖螺栓孔专用组合机床,并对其关键技术作了介绍和研究。该机床的成功研制和应用,实现了轴承盖螺栓孔加工精度和效率的进一步提高。
Engine block bearing is a key part that supported the crankshaft bearing cap, which precision of the screw size have an significant impact on the performance of the engine. Based on the analysis of the machining parts processing technology, also combined with the actual needs of customers, a modular machine tool that machining multiple varieties cover special combination machine for Engine block bearing caps was designed, and its key technologies were introduced and studied. The successful development and application of the modular machine tool will further improved the bearing cap’ s machining accuracy and efficiency .
