Application of secondary salt extraction technology from desulphurizing waste liquor

介绍了HPF法脱硫工艺,指出脱硫液提取副盐的必要性。对现有提取副盐工艺进行了简述和经济效益分析,提取副盐后提高了脱硫效率,减少了脱硫催化剂的消耗,降低了生产成本,提高了环保水平。

This paper introduces HPF desulfurization process and points out the necessity of secondary salt extraction from desulphurizing waste liquor. The available secondary salt extraction processes are described and analyzed from economic point of view. With secondary salt extraction,desulfurization efficiency is increased,catalyst consumption is reduced,production cost is reduced and environment protection level is improved.
