用后镁碳砖基转炉终渣改质剂的配料优化 被引量:4

摘要 以用后镁碳砖为原料制备转炉冶炼终渣改质剂,分析不同粒度回收料的化学成分,研究改质剂配料组成选择以及物料配比对改质剂强度的影响,优化用后镁碳砖基改质剂的配料组成。结果表明,用后镁碳砖回收料粒度不同,其氧化镁及碳含量差别较大,以用后镁碳砖为原料制备改质剂时,粒度为〈0.1、0.1-0.6、0.6-1mm的镁碳砖细粉配比应为3∶4∶3,菱镁石粒度应为1-3mm;在用后镁碳砖及菱镁石的镁质原料组成下,改质剂的强度随水量的增加而增大、随黏结剂用量的增加而降低;优化后的用后镁碳砖基改质剂的配料组成为:60.2%的用后镁碳砖、25.7%的菱镁石、10%的石墨粉、0.1%的黏结剂以及10%的水。 With wasted MgO-C bricks as the raw material,converter final slag modifier was developed.Chemical compositions of wasted magnesia-carbon bricks with different particle sizes were analyzed.In order to optimize the formulation of wasted MgO-C brick-based modifier,the selection of starting materials and its effect on the strength of slag modifier were studied.The results show that different sizes of recycled MgO-C brick material have different contents of magnesium oxide and carbon.When preparing the slag modifier with wasted MgO-C bricks,the mass ratio of its fine powder with particle size0.1mm,at 0.1-0.6 mm and at 0.6-1 mm should be 3∶4∶3and the grain size of magnesite should be 1-3mm.The strength of slag modifier increases with the increment of water content and decreases with increasing binder content.The optimized formula for the preparation of wasted MgO-C brick-based slag modifier is 60.2% of wasted magnesia-carbon bricks,25.7% of magnesite,10% of flake graphite,0.1% of binder and 10% of water,respectively.
