2011-2013年荆州市第一人民医院胰岛素类药物的应用及安全性分析

Analysis on application and safety of insulin drugs in First People's Hospital of Jingzhou city from 2011 to 2013

目的调查荆州市第一人民医院胰岛素类药物的应用特点及发展趋势,促进胰岛素类药物的合理使用。方法采取回顾性分析的方法对荆州市第一人民医院2011-2013年胰岛素类药物的年销售数量、年销售金额、用药频度、日用药金额进行统计分析。结果该院2011-2013年胰岛素类药物次年相对于前一年,销售数量增幅分别为126%和39%,销售金额增幅分别为200%和43%,生物合成人胰岛素-诺和灵30R笔芯、胰岛素类似物-诺和锐笔芯、诺和锐30笔芯临床应用较多,DDDs为前三名。DDC值较合理的有诺和灵30R笔芯、普通胰岛素、甘舒霖N笔芯。3年中胰岛素类药物致ADR的占比依次为5.1%,2.8%,1.5%。结论荆州市第一人民医院胰岛素类药物临床应用基本合理,该类药物的安全性受重视程度逐年增加。生物合成人胰岛素的使用日趋广泛,胰岛素类似物的正逐步取代生物合成人胰岛素。

Objective To investigate the application characteristics and development trends of insulin drugs First People＇ s Hospital for promoting the rational use of insulin drugs. Methods A retrospective survey was performed on the use of insulin drugs in First People＇ s Hospital of Jingzhon city in 2011 - 2013. The consumption quantity, consumption sum, DDDs, and DDC were analyzed. Results The quantity of insulin drugs increased by 126% and 39% in the following year compared to the previous year from 2011 to 2013, respectively, and the consumption sum increased by 200%, 43% respectively. The DDDs of biosynthetic human insulin Novolin 30R refills, insulin analogues Aspart refills,Aspart 30 refill were the top three. The DDC was reasonable about Novolin 30R, common insulin and ganshulin N refill. The proportion of ADR led by insulin drugs was 5.1%, 2.8%, 1.5% from 2011 to 2013. Conclusion The clinical application of insulin drugs is generally reasonable in the hospital in Jingzhou city. The security of these drugs are being paid more attention to year by year. Biosynthetic human insulins are widespreadly used, and the insulin analogues is gradually replacing the biosynthetic human insulin.
