摘要
在非线性弹塑性分析理论基础上,采用有限元方法,根据实际生产中应用的轧制工艺,建立了3 500 mm轧机轧制过程分析模型。考虑了由于板坯加热不均引起的热应力对轧制过程的影响,研究了中厚板的轧制过程,得出轧制工艺参数对轧制过程的影响规律。对优化轧制工艺,提高生产效率,降低能源消耗具有重要意义。
With finite element method,based on the nonlinear elasticity- plasticity analysis and the rolling process used in actual production,a rolling procedure analysis model for 3 500 mm mill is built. The influence of thermal stress caused by slab being heated uneven on rolling procedure is considered,the plate rolling researched,the influence lawof rolling process parameters on rolling procedure is got,and that has an important significance for optimizing rolling process,raising production efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
