摘要
计算了不同容积KR法脱硫铁水罐在不同搅拌转速下的搅拌能大小。并基于Fluent软件以100 t KR法脱硫铁水罐为模型进行数值模拟,探究转速对流场特性的影响。从铁水速度分布及自由液面的流动情况分析得出100 t KR法脱硫铁水罐最佳的搅拌转速范围为90-120 r/min,搅拌能的合理范围为1.23-4.60 k W/t。
It is calculated the stirring energy under different stirring rotation speed in KR- method desulfurization iron ladles with different volume. With the numeric simulation based on the Fluent software,taking 100 tons KR- method desulfurization iron ladle as model,the influence of rotation speed on flowfield characteristics is researched. As a conclusion,from the analysis of hot metal speed distribution and free liquid surface flow,it is considered that the best stirring rotation speed for 100- ton KR- method desulfurization iron ladle is within 90 to 120 r / min,the reasonable stirring energy within 1. 23 to 4. 60 k w/ t.
