摘要
针对宣钢小型轧钢厂天车、龙门吊等起重设备老化、故障率高的问题,利用固检、待料、年修时间,在不影响正常生产的情况下,通过将闲置设备改造后重新利用,改造龙门吊小车及轨道系统等措施,解决了吊装能力不足,减少了备件投入,节约了维修费用,保证了物流畅通有序。
To solve the problems of aging and high breakdown rate of hoisting equipments,a series of measures is adopted: reforming the idle equipments to use again,reforming car and tracks of frame crane without affecting production during regular maintenance,time of waiting materials or annual overhaul. This work solves the problem of hoisting capacity being not enough,reduces spare parts,saves maintenance cost,and guarantees logistics flowsmoothly.
