煤制聚酯(PET)技术经济分析

Technology and economic analysis of coal based PET

对以煤为原料生产乙二醇和芳烃进行了技术经济分析,对进而以本乙二醇和精对苯二甲酸为原料生产PET也进行了技术经济分析。分析结果表明:煤制乙二醇工艺技术已经实现工业化,与常规的石油法相比,有很大的利润空间。煤制芳烃技术多处于技术开发、中试阶段,需要适宜规模的的工业示范来进一步验证和完善,煤制乙二醇和煤制芳烃技术的走向成熟,使在西北地区煤产地开发一体化煤制聚酯生产基地具备了可行性,并且体现了良好的经济效益,有望成为大规模煤化工项目新的发展趋势。

Technology and economic of EG and armoatic produced through coal as raw material were analyzed, and the technology and economic of PET synthesized by the EG and PTA as raw material were also analyzed. Analysis results shows that the technology of coal based EG has achieved industrialization and have a large profit space com- pared with regular petrolum methods. Technology of coal based aromatic was at stage of technical development and medium scale and need further vertification and improvement through suitable scale industrial demonstration. With the technology of coal based EG and aromatic became mature, it provided the feasibility of developing integration coal-based PET production based in northwest coal area. It is expected to become a new trend of a large scale coal chemical project. It will have good economic profit.
