摘要
以探讨师范院校大学生就业应对方式与择业效能感的特点及关系为目的,采用焦萃峰编制的《大学生就业应对方式与择业效能感问卷》对五所师范大学300名大学生进行测查。结果显示师范院校大学生在面临就业问题时采用应对方式的优先级依次为问题解决方式——消极情绪方式——合理化方式;择业效能感中师范院校大学生的自我评价较高,但自我概念、社会支持、学绩、目标设定得分较低;师范院校大学生就业应对方式与择业效能感显著相关,择业效能感中的自我概念、目标设定和学绩对师范院校大学生的就业应对方式有显著的预测作用。因此,对师范院校大学生进行职业生涯规划及自我认识方面的教育有助于提升其择业效能感最终促进其形成积极的就业应对方式。
Objective: to research the coping style of normal college students'job -hunting and its relationship with Career Decision Making Self - efficacy. Methods : using "Graduate Coping Style and Career Decision Making Self - effi- cacy Questionnaire" to test 300 students in five normal colleges. Results : the priority order of coping styles of normal col- lege students when facing employment problems are problem solving - negative emotional way - rationalization way; normal college students get higher scores at self - evaluation, but lower scores at self - concept, social support, learning performance, goal setting; there is significant relation between coping style of job - hunting and Career Decision Making Self - efficacy ; the self - concept, goal setting and the school performance have significant predictive effect for coping style of job - hunting. Conclusions : career planning and self - awareness education can improve the Career Decision Making Self -efficacy and ultimately promote the active employment coping style.
