摘要
金沙江最下游梯级向家坝水电站已蓄水至正常蓄水位,但相关航运参数仍存在较大争议。为保障长江上游干线基本维护尺度,用保证频率法、保障航道基本维护尺度反推流量法、天然入汇比分配法等对金沙江向家坝水电站最小下泄流量进行研究分析,认为:在干支流均建电站的条件下,按照天然入汇比分配法较为合适;在不考虑非恒定流及河床冲刷影响的情况下,向家坝水电站最小下泄流量不应小于1 296 m3s。
Xiangjiaba hydropower station in Jinsha fiver has stored to normal level, but its shipping parameters is still a big controversy. To protect the upper carry out a research on the minimum discharge of Xiangj Yangtze River' s main basic maintenance dimensions, we iaba hydropower station in Jinsha fiver by the guaranteed frequency method, reverse flow method about waterway maintenance scale, natural inflow ratio with the score distribution method, etc. The result shows that the natural inflow ratio with the score distribution method is more suitable for hydropower station in branch streams, and the minimum discharge of Xiangjiaba hydropower station should not be less than 1 296 m^3/s.
