摘要
在利用浅层无砂真空预压技术进行软基加固过程中,探索如何控制抽真空梯度(即开泵比例),达到加固效果满足设计要求且节约工程成本的目的。以温州乐清湾港区软基处理工程为依托,结合现场监(检)测结果,对两个相同真空泵数量、不同开泵比例的试验区进行对比分析,结果表明:根据固结度调整抽真空梯度可得到较好的加固效果。
The vacuum gradient can be controlled to meet the design requirement of the ground stabilization and the cost can be decreased correspondingly in the application of surface-layer vacuum preloading technology. Based on the treatment engineering of soft foundation in Yueqing bay region, Wenzhou, we carry out a comparison and analysis on the same arranged vacuum pumps and different gradients of working pumps depending on the monitoring and inspected results. It shows that the vacuum gradient should be adjusted according to the degree of consolidation during corresponding course, which can obtain good performance.
