摘要
表面增强拉曼散射能在分子水平给出被测物质的结构信息。随着纳米材料的不断发展,运用表面增强拉曼散射检测环境中有机污染物的存在已受到广泛关注,制备可重复、均一、增强活性极佳的活性基底是实现痕量、定量检测的关键。该文从表面增强拉曼散射的原理和影响因素,以及活性基底的制备方面进行了综述。
Surface- enhanced Raman scattering can give the structure information of the tested material in molecular level. With the con- tinuous development of nanometer materials, using surface enhanced Raman scattering for detecting the organic pollutants existing in en- vironment has attracted widespread concern. Preparing the repeatable and uniform active substrate with excellent enhancing activity is the key to realize the trace amount and quantitative detection. This paper conducts the review from the aspects of the Raman scattering principle, iniluence factors and preparation of active substrate.
