降糖药联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗糖尿病性白内障疗效和安全性研究

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Anti- Diabetic Drugs Combined with Calcium Dobesilate in Treating Diabetic Cataract

目的观察降糖药联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗糖尿病性白内障的临床疗效和安全性。方法将43例(76只眼)糖尿病性白内障患者随机分为对照组21例(38只眼)和观察组22例(38只眼)。对照组采用降糖药物二甲双胍控制血糖,观察组在此基础上加用羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗,疗程均为12个月。疗程前后分别观察两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白等,同时观察高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)等炎症相关指标。统计两组患者疾病进展率和治疗过程不良反应发生率。结果两组患者治疗后较治疗前空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白均值等指标显著好转(P<0.05),治疗后组间未见显著差异(P>0.05)。对照组患者治疗前后hs-CRP及TNF-α等炎症指标差异不明显(P>0.05),而观察组患者治疗后上述指标较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为31.58%,高于对照组的7.89%(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗过程中不良反应间未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论降糖药联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗糖尿病性白内障,较传统方案临床疗效显著,患者耐受性及安全性良好。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of anti- diabetic drugs combined with calcium dobesilate in treating diabetic cataract. Methods 43 patients （76 eyes） with diabetic cataract were randomly divided into the control group（21 cases,38 eyes） and the observation group（22 cases,38 eyes）. The control group only adopted the antidiabetic drugs for controlling blood sugar, while on this basis the observation group was added with Calcium Dobesilate Capsule. The course of treatment in the two groups was 12 months. The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin before and after treatment were ob- served in the two groups. Meanwhile, the level of hs- CRP and TNF-α were also observed. The disease progress rate and the occur- rence rate of adverse reactions during treatment were statistically analyzed. Results The fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin after treatment in the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment（ P 〈 0.05） ,and the differences in these indexes after treatment between the two groups had no statistical significance（P 〉 0. 05）. The differ- ences in the level of hs- CRP and TNF- α between before and after treatment in the control group were unobvious（ P 〉 0.05）, while the above indexes after treatment in the observation group were significantly decreased compared with before treatment with statistical differences（P〈 0.05）. After 12 months of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 31.58% ,which was higher than 7.89% in the control group with the statistical difference between them（P〈0.05）. The no obvious differences in the adverse re- actions during treatment were found in the two groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The anti- diabetic drugs combined with calcium dobesi- late in treating diabetic cataract has significantly clinical effect with good tolerance and safety than the conventional therapeutical scheme.
