新沟油田治理硫化氢腐蚀的实践与认识

摘要 新沟油田在持续的开发过程中,井液硫化氢腐蚀现象日趋加重。在此影响下,维护作业井次逐年上升。高频次的维护作业不仅增加了作业成本,也造成了油井采油时率下降和产量下降。针对腐蚀造成的油井作业,着重介绍了新沟油田生产工艺管柱优化、日常洗井清理井筒和优选防腐药剂3种综合治理方法。通过现场实践,油井维护作业大幅度下降,综合治理的效果明显。但由于注入水水质不断恶化,硫酸盐还原菌一直严重超标。目前的防腐治理还需要不断地研究改进,用以指导解决油田防硫化氢腐蚀的问题。 With its continuous development,Xingou Oilfield is suffering from hydrogen sulfide corrosion in the borehole,resulting in year-after-year increase of well maintenance numbers,which not only increases activity cost but also decreases oil production time rate and output.This paper highlights three comprehensive treatment methods including production process string optimization,cleaning borehole through daily well flushing and corrosion inhibitor optimization.Their application has reduced sharply oil well maintenance frequency and effect of comprehensive treatment is apparent.However,in light of worsening injection water quality and exceeding sulfate reducing bacteria,efforts should be made to study and improve corrosion treatment technology to solve the problem of hydrogen sulfide corrosion.
