摘要
液压抽油机容易实现长冲程、低冲次,可满足深井、稠油井的开采需求,实现稠油井的节能降耗。液压抽油机可以采用单井、双井或多井模式进行开采,模式不同,其工作原理也不同。引进美国IAL公司的液压抽油机,并在八面河油田的面14-11-X97和面14-3-P3井组进行双井模式试验,结果表明,该井组采用液压抽油机生产,日平均耗电239kw·h,与常规游梁式抽油机在相同工况下日平均耗电375kw·h相比,节能效果显著。
Due to its long stroke and low jig frequency,hydraulic pumping unit is favorable for oil production of deep or heavy-oil wells and enables heavy-oil wells to save energy.By using it,exploiting can be done in the manner of single-well mode,twin-well mode or multi-well mode.The hydraulic pumping unit introduced from IAL Company has been experimented with twin-well mode in Mian14-11-X97 and Mian14-3-P3 well group in Bamianhe Oilfield.The result shows that daily average power consumption is 239 KW.h,having notable energy-saving effect compared with conventional beam-pumping unit which needs 375 KW.h power consumption everyday.
