摘要
在ERP项目的推广和应用中,针对企业"关键用户"上存在的问题,应维持上线初期关键用户队伍稳定和加强后备关键用户的选拔工作;应加大后备关键用户、财务支持人员的培训;应提升关键用户的综合素质,加快关键用户角色的转变。针对企业组织机构、功能模块上存在的问题,应针对ERP系统的已有功能模块,在组织机构、管理方式上进行重新地明确和规范;应进一步开发、拓展ERP系统的功能模块。针对ERP与全面预算、经济活动分析相结合存在的问题,应依托BW&BCS系统,深化企业内部报表应用;应完善ERP系统预警机制,发挥全面预算功能;应运用系统"内部订单"功能,控制专项支出。针对ERP与内控制度相结合存在的问题,应加强制度、技术管理控制和业务操作控制。
In promotion and application of ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning),it is essential to maintain the stability of initial key users on line and strengthen the selection and training of back-up key users and financial support personnel in respond to the issue of key users.It is necessary to reaffirm and normalize institutional framework and management style,and to expand function module of ERP system based on its existing module aiming to the issue of enterprise organization and function module.It is important to deepen statement application within the enterprise relying on BWBCS system,improve early warming mechanism of ERP system to give play to comprehensive budget and use"internal order"function of ERP system to control special expenditure in respond to the issue of combination of ERP with comprehensive budget and economic activity analysis.It is also important to strengthen supervision over institutional and technical management and business operations according to the issue of combination of ERP with internal control system.
