摘要
结合当前社会老龄化发展趋势,从油田老年人居家养老生活实际出发,同时借鉴学习国内外居家养老工作经验,提出了完善油田居家养老的总体构想,并重点从餐饮服务、生活照料、家政服务、康复护理以及"以老助老"、助老志愿服务等方面提出了可行的办法和思路,使大家对"14211"社区居家养老服务体系有一个清晰的了解。
In light of current growing trend of social aging and on the basis of real living conditions for the aged in Jianghan Oilfield and the work experience in home-based care for them at home and abroad,this paper introduces a general idea for improving the pattern,supported by feasible methods and thinking that give priority to catering service,daily care,household service,rehabilitation nursing,old people self-help and voluntary service for the aged.
