A/O膜生物反应器处理化纤污水的影响因素分析及对策

摘要 分析了A/O膜生物反应器处理化纤污水稳定运行的影响因素,主要是进水水质、膜污染、曝气器选择、营养物添加、p H值调节、水温控制等。实践表明,通过采取适当的预处理,降低系统进水负荷,有助于延长膜寿命;膜污染可采用物理清洗和化学清洗相结合的方法解决,从而恢复膜通量;曝气器选择软性的硅橡胶材质不易堵死微孔;系统应加入适量的氮磷营养盐;反应器内p H值控制在7.0-8.5有利于活性污泥生长,同时减缓膜组件结垢;应尽量控制来水温度,使系统温度在20-30℃,保证污泥活性,提高回用水质量。 The main factors affecting the stable operation of chemical fiber wastewater treated by A/O membrane bioreactor are analyzed as below: influent quality, membrane fouling, aerator selection,nutrient addition, p H value regulating and temperature control, etc. Practice shows that it is helpful to prolong the service life of the membrane by adopting proper pretreatment system and reduce the influent load. Membrane pollution can be solved by combination of physical cleaning and chemical cleaning, so as to recover the membrane flux. Selecting aerator that made from silicon soft rubber does not block pores easily. Moderate nutrient nitrogen and phosphorus salt should be added. Controlling the p H value between 7.0~8.5 in reactor can help the activated sludge grow and slow the membrane's fouling. We should also control the water temperature to make sure that the system temperature is between 20~30℃,which can ensure the sludge activity and upgrade the quality of reclaimed water.
