摘要
随着国内地下工程日益发展,难免会在对人体有害的地层修建地下工程,因此研究其安全有效的结构形式具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。某铁路隧道浅埋段穿越含炼油废渣地层,为确保施工和线路运营安全,同时满足环保的要求,对该浅埋段采取明挖施工。明洞结构采取了特殊的防水防渗措施,对明洞衬砌混凝土结构进行了加强,采用"双层衬砌+双层全包防水"的设计方案。为了减少对原有地层的扰动,降低废渣污染物对周边环境的影响,对该隧道明挖段采取了围护桩结构,确保基坑施工安全。对同类隧道的设计与施工有借鉴作用。
With the rapid development of underground projects at home, building underground projects in the strata that are harmful to the health of human kind is more and more unavoidable,in which case it is of both great theoretical and immediate practical importance to explore effective and safe structural forms for them. As the shallow-buried section of a certain railway tunnel goes through the stratum containing oil residue,the shallow-buried section of the tunnel is built by the open-cut method to ensure the safety of both the construction and normal operation of the railway, and to meet the requirements of environmen- tal protection. In the course of the construction, special waterproofing and anti-penetration measures are adopted for the con- struction of the shallow-buried section of the tunnel,with the lined concrete structure strengthened and "the double-layer lining and double-layer fully-wrapped water-proofing design scheme" adopted. In order to reduce the disturbance to the original seams and the effects of the pollutants of oil residue to the surrounding environment,the open-cut section of the tunnel adopts the re- taining pile structure to ensure the safety of the construction of the foundation pit. The project may serve as a useful reference for the design and construction of other tunnels of the same type.
