摘要
由于砂浆车运输途中没有合适电源供电从而不能进行砂浆搅拌工作,影响工程需要。利用地铁盾构施工运输采用的蓄电池牵引机车组的蓄电池电源作为动力源,考虑到蓄电池的直流电源需转换成交流变频电源供给交流电机使用和蓄电池的容量,设计砂浆车运行搅拌双电源控制系统。砂浆车搅拌控制系统可实现砂浆车运输途中进行砂浆搅拌;砂浆车停车时,可以通入工频电源,使砂浆车在停止状态下实施搅拌、喷浆等正常工作。由于利用变频电源供电,有效节约砂浆的运输、制备周期,不仅保证了工程质量,还可以缩短工程建设时间。所设计的系统在地铁盾构施工等现场得到了广泛的应用。
Mortar trucks can not perform the mixing operation on the way of transportation because of there being no proper power supply for them,which affects the needs of the project. To solve the problem,the battery power of the battery-powered locomotive, which is used for transportation in the shield construction for subway projects, is planned to be used as the power source for mortar trucks. With the fact that the DC power of the battery should be converted into frequency-varying AC power before it is used for the AC motors and the power capacity of the battery is limited taken into account,a dual-power control sys- tem is thus designed for both the motion of the mortar truck and the mixing operation. The mixing control system can help real- ize the mixing operation when the mortar truck is in motion. And when the truck stops,the engineering frequency power is sup- plied to the truck for the mixing operation,so the truck can continue the normal operation of both mixing and slip-casting. As the frequency-varying power is used as the power supply,both the transportation period and the mortar-preparing time are ef- fectively shortened, which not only ensures the quality of the project, but also shortens the construction duration of the project. The dual power control system is widely used at the shield construction site.
