摘要
钢轨胶结绝缘接头的施工质量对于保证线路的整体性和连续性、确保轨道电路的可靠性非常重要。通过青藏铁路西格段增建第二线现场实践,介绍高寒地区钢轨胶结绝缘接头施工技术。即通过优化工序、缩短作业时间;为确保胶结绝缘接头粘结剂适宜的固结温度为18~25℃,搭设作业保温棚。实践证明,采用局部温控法有效控制施工温度,工序便捷,有效保证了高寒地区钢轨胶结绝缘接头的施工质量。
The construction quality of the glued isolated connectors for steel rails plays a very important role in ensuring the in- tegrity and continuity of the rail,and the reliability of the track circuits. With the construction of the added 2nd double-line of the Xi-Ge section of the Qinghai-Tibetan Railway as a practical example,introduced in the paper are the construction techniques for glued isolated connectors for steel rails in alpine regions. The techniques introduced here include optimizing the construction processes, shortening the operating time and setting up operation temperature-maintaining sheds to ensure that the suitable so- lidifying temperature between 18~25 ℃ is maintained. Practice shows that the construction temperature is effectively controlled by the local temperature-controlling method. Besides, the construction processes are simple and easy. By this method, the con- struction quality of the glued isolated connectors for steel rails in alpine regions is effectively ensured.
