松动爆破质量影响采装、运输等后续环节的生产效率及生产成本,爆破产生的震动、飞石等危及生产设备及作业人员的安全。为了满足露天煤矿爆堆形状合理、爆破块度均匀、爆破安全、爆破成本低的要求,分析了地质地形条件、岩石物理力学性质、炸药性质、爆破设计参数、施工质量等因素对松动爆破质量的影响,提出了改善松动爆破质量的措施。

In order to meet the requirements of reasonable blasting pile shape, even blasting block size, blasting safety, low cost blasting in open-pit coal mine, the article analyzes the effect of geological conditions, physical and mechanical properties of rock, explosive property, blasting design parameter, construction quality on loose blasting quality, and presents loose blasting quality improvement measures.
