摘要 为了研究复杂工艺下露天矿设备及工艺系统的可靠度,对露天矿所包含的工艺类型、环节进行梳理分析,明确了各工艺环节内的设备及工艺环节之间的关系,根据可靠度计算原理,分别给出了工艺系统和单一工艺的可靠度评价模型,并提供了适应于露天工艺系统的计算公式。对我国北方某露天矿进行研究得到了该矿的可靠度评价水平,并找出了影响其可靠度的主要工艺及关键环节,提出了相应的优化方案。 In order to research the reliability of open-pit mine equipment and process system under complex process, the article analyzes process type, link in open-pit mine, and defines the relationship between equipment within each process link and process link. According to the reliability to calculate principle, the article respectively gives reliability evaluation model of process system and single process, and provides calculation formula suitable for open-pit process system. This paper researches the northern open-pit mine to obtain reliability evaluation level of the mine, finds out main process and key link of influencing its reliability, and presents corresponding optimization scheme.
