摘要
[目的]观察与分析重度颅脑损伤病人在营养支持上使用个体化营养餐的疗效。[方法]将上海市浦东新区周浦医院神经外科收治的重度颅脑损伤病人60例分为个体化营养餐组(30例)和能全力组(30例),并对两组资料进行回顾性分析。[结果]两组营养状况的评价方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组并发症发生次数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组日均费用和总费用低于对照组。[结论]个体化营养餐可以为病人提供较好的营养支持,并发症发生率低,价格低廉,可以在重度颅脑外伤病人营养支持上使用。
Objective:To observe and analyze the curative effect of using individualized nutritional meals in the nutritional support for severe craniocerebral injury patients.Methods:Severe craniocerebral injury patients(60 cases)in department of neurosurgery admitting in Pudong New Area Zhoupu hospital were randomly divided in-to individual nutrition meal group(30 cases)and study group(30 cases)based on nutrition support,and two groups of data was retrospectively analyzed.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the eval-uation of nutrition state between observation group and control group(P〉0.05).The times number of compli-cations in observation group was less than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).The daily average cost and total cost in observation group were lower than that in control group. Conclusion:The individualized nutrition meal can provide better nutrition support for the patients,with low price,and the incidence of complications is low.It can be used in nutritional support of patients with severe craniocere-bral trauma.
