摘要
以湖北省襄阳市为例,探讨建立健全乡镇农产品质量安全监管体系的建议与构想,以期为农产品质量安全保驾护航。乡镇农产品质量安全监管体系是农产品质量安全的第一道防线。把农产品质量安全监管体系重点向乡镇、村延伸,抓基层、打基础,建立健全基层农产品质量安全监管体系,实现监管全覆盖,是提升农产品质量安全水平和农产品市场竞争力的有效途径。
Taking Xiangyang city of Hubei Province as an example, suggestions and ideas on establishing and perfecting township agricultural product quality safety supervision system were studied with a view of ensuring the agricultural product quality safety. Township quality safety supervision system was the first line of agricultural product quality safety. Extending the focus of agricultural product quality safety supervision system to township and village, valuing grassroots and foundation, establishing and improving the basic quality safety supervision system for agricultural products and achieving full coverage of supervision were the effective ways to promote the agricultural product quality safety level and agricultural product market competitiveness.
