摘要
服务等级协议(Service Level Agreement,SLA)作为一种具有法律效力的协议,通常用来调节服务提供商与客户在服务质量上的关系。文章详细剖析了云服务等级协议的内容、需求和管理等相关内容,并且从云服务等级协议的内容、参数和管理等角度比较分析了谷歌、亚马逊和微软等IT企业的云服务等级协议,旨在分析各个服务提供商云服务等级协议的异同点及优缺点,从而为云环境下服务等级协议的标准化研究提供指导依据,进而更好地保障服务质量。
Service .Level Agreement (SLA) constitutes a legally binding agreement, which is applied to regulate the relationship between service providers and customers in QoS (Quality of Service) . In this paper, the contents, requirements and management of cloud computing SLA were deeply analyzed. In addition, comparing from the perspective of contents, parameters and management of SLA based on several IT industries such as Google, Amazon and Microsoft, a comparison research study is conducted completely. Furthermore, similarities and differences, advantages and disadvantages of each cloud SLAs are summarized by the above research. The purpose of this paper is to make the quality of cloud computing service much better by providing the basis for SLA standardization.
