摘要
随着大数据时代的到来,个性特征和用户心理状态对用户的生成行为的影响越来越大。文章基于沉浸理论,实证研究了个性特征对网络沉浸体验的影响,以及对UGC三种行为的影响。结果表明:外向性对UGC的娱乐行为有着正向影响,对UGC的社交、知识共享行为有着反向影响;而神经质对UGC的娱乐、社交行为有着正向影响。在个性特征中,仅有外向性对用户的网络沉浸状态有着正向影响;反过来,网络沉浸体验对UGC的娱乐、社交行为有着正向影响。
With the advent of the era of big data, personality traits and psychological state play growing influence on user-generated content usage. Using flow theory as our foundation, we empirically test the impact of personality traits on the network flow state experience and three user-generated content (UGC) usage types. Results indicate that extraversion is positively related to UGC usage for entertainment and negatively related to communication and knowledge sharing behavior; whereas neuroticism is positively related to UGC usage for communication and entertainment. Only extraversion has a positive influence on network flow; and in turn, network flow has a positive influence on UGC usage for entertainment and communication.
