生理性海水喷雾联合西替利嗪治疗儿童间歇性变应性鼻炎临床观察 被引量:3

Clinical Observation of Physiological Seawater Nasal Irrigation Combined with Cetirizine in Treatment of Children with Intermittent Allergic Rhinitis

摘要 目的:探讨生理性海水喷雾联合西替利嗪治疗儿童间歇性变应性鼻炎(AR)临床效果。方法:选取我院2010-2013年收治儿童间歇性变应性鼻炎患儿180例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组各90例。对照组患儿给予盐酸西替利嗪单用治疗,试验组在此基础上加用生理性海水喷雾治疗,比较两组患儿的临床疗效和治疗前后AR症状、体征评分及纤毛传输速率。结果:试验组患儿临床总有效率(98.89%)显著高于对照组(72.22%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗后AR症状、体征评分及纤毛传输速率均显著优于治疗前,且试验组患儿治疗后各项指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生理性海水喷雾联合西替利嗪治疗儿童间歇性变应性鼻炎可有效缓解临床症状体征,提高纤毛清除速率,具有临床应用价值。 Objective: To investigate clinical effect of physiological seawater nasal irrigation combined with cetirizine in treatment of children with intermittent allergic rhinitis. Methods: One hundred and eighty children with intermittent allergic rhinitis were chosen from 2011 to 2013 in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups including control group (90 cases) with cetirizine treatment separately and experiment group (90 cases ) with physiological seawater nasal irrigation on the basis of control group. The clinical efficacy, symptoms and signs scores of AR and mucociliary transport rate of both groups were compared before and after treatment. Results: The clinical efficacy of experiment group (98.89%) was significantly higher than control group (72.22%) ( P〈0.05 ). The symptoms and signs scores of AR and mucociliary transport rate of both groups after treatment was significantly better than before treatment ( P〈0.05 ). These indexes above of experiment group after treatment were significantly better than control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : Physiological seawater nasal irrigation combined with cetirizine in treatment of children with intermittent allergic rhinitis can efficiently relieve clinical symptoms, signs and accelerate mucociliary transport rate.
