康复新液佐治小儿疱疹性咽峡炎疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Pediatric Herpangina Adjunctive Treatment by Kangfuxin Liquid

目的:观察康复新液辅助治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法:将100例临床诊断为疱疹性咽峡炎的患儿随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组应用利巴韦林喷剂加蒲地蓝消炎口服液,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用康复新液喷于咽峡部。观察两组退热时间及咽痛缓解时间、疱疹及溃疡愈合时间,比较总病程并评价疗效。结果:观察组综合疗效优于对照组,其退热及咽痛缓解时间、疱疹及溃疡愈合时间、总病程均短于观察组(P均<0.05)。结论:利巴韦林喷剂、蒲地兰口服液联合康复新液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical adjuvant therapy efficacy of Kangfuxin liquid for pediatric herpangina. Methods： One hundred herpangina children were randomly divided into two groups, 50 children of control group were treated with ribavirin sprays and Pudilan anti-inflammatory oral solution, 50 children of observation group were treated with ribavirin sprays, Pudilan an^i-inflammatory oral solution and Kangfuxin liquid. Observed the time of defervescence, pharyngalgia relieving, herpes and ulcers healing, compared total duration of disease, evaluated results between two groups. Results： The integrated effect of observation group was better than control group, the time of defervcscence, pharyngalgia relieving, herpes and ulcers healing, total duration of disease in observation group were shorter than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion- With the help of Kangfuxin liquid, ribavirin sprays and Pudilan anti-inflammatory oral solution are more effective in the treatment of pediatric herpangina.
