小儿柴桂退热颗粒联合利巴韦林治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效分析

The Clinical Curative Effect Analysis of Pediatric Chaigui Antifebrile Granules Combined with Ribavirin in Treatment of Children with Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection

目的:观察小儿柴桂退热颗粒联合利巴韦林治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法:将我院2012年1月至2013年10月收治的255例小儿急性上呼吸道感染患儿随机分为三组,给予小儿柴桂退热颗粒治疗对照Ⅰ组78例,利巴韦林针剂治疗的对照Ⅱ组82例,并将采用小儿柴桂退热颗粒联合利巴韦林治疗观察组95例,对三组患儿的临床疗效进行比较分析。结果:观察组在退热时间、止涕时间以及治愈时间上均较对照Ⅰ组和对照Ⅱ组明显缩短,观察组患儿的治愈率为69.47%,明显高于对照Ⅰ组的51.28%和对照Ⅱ组的54.88%,而好转率和无效率则较对照Ⅰ组和对照Ⅱ组明显减少,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿柴桂退热颗粒联合利巴韦林治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效明显优于单独用药,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To analyze the clinical curative effect of pediatric Chaigui antifebrile particle combined with ribavirin in lrealment of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods： Two hundreds and fifty-five cases of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection in our hospital from January 2012 to October 2013 were selected as the research objects. And 78 cases in the treatment of pediatric Chaigui antifebrile granules were selected as the contrast group Ⅰ , 82 cases treated with ribavirin granules were selected as the contrast group Ⅱ , and 95 cases were used the pediatric Chaigui antifebrile granules combined with ribavirin as the observation group, the clinical efficacy of three groups were compared. Results ： The defervescence time, the time of stopping snivelling and the cure time of the observation group were obviously shorter than those of the contrast group Ⅰ and the contrast group Ⅱ, the cure rate of children in the observation group was obviously higher than those of the contrast Ⅰ group and the contrast Ⅱ group, while the recovery rate and inefficient rate of the observation group were decreased significantly than those of the contrast group Ⅰ and the contrast group Ⅱ （P 〈 0. 05 ）, the differences were statistical significance. Conclusion： The clinical curative effect of pediatric Chaigui antifebrile granules combined with ribavirin in treatment of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection is better than medication alone, so it is worth of the preferred drugs for treatment.
