Development and Key Technology Research of 2D-3D Digital Management System of Placename and Address

结合ArcEngine和Skyline二次开发技术构建了一个集二三维GIS于一体的地名地址数据采集和管理系统。该系统具有空间数据和属性数据的综合管理、地名地址数据录入与编辑、三维场景数据展示等功能,能够为城市地名地址数据的数字化管理提供综合性服务。

This paper designs and implements a 2D-3D GIS system of placename and address data,based on secondary development of both ArcEngine and Skyline. The system has several functions including general management of spatial and attributes data,placename and address data input and editing,displaying data in 3D environment,etc. It provides integrated service for the digital management of placename and address data.
