摘要
马铃薯S病毒(potato virus S,PVS)具有明显的株系分化现象,依据病毒是否可系统侵染昆诺藜及基因序列特征可将PVS分为PVSO株系、PVSA株系、PVSO-CS株系和PVSA-CL株系。对PVS的基因组结构、株系种类、分子特征及鉴定方法等进行了综述,以期为我国PVS株系分化研究提供参考。
Potato virus S has many recognized strains including PVSO,PVSA,PVSO-CSand PVSA-CLaccording to the pathogenicity of causing systemic infection in Chenopodium spp.and the molecular character.Here the genome structure of PVS,the types,molecular character,and identification methods of PVS strains are reviewed to provide the reference and instruction for research on the strains of PVS in China.
