摘要 为了探讨不同辐射剂量对紫薇种子生物学效应的影响,对紫薇种子进行不同剂量60Co-γ射线辐射。结果表明:辐射延迟紫薇种子的起始萌发时间和萌发高峰期;种子萌发率随着辐射剂量的增加而降低,两者呈负相关;100~200 Gy辐射处理的幼苗株高、鲜干质量、根长、叶片面积均较对照(未进行辐射处理)降低,150~200 Gy辐射处理的幼苗根系无法抽出;随辐射剂量的增加,有生活力种子比例逐渐下降。通过直线回归方程计算,紫薇种子辐射育种半辐射致死剂量为172.42 Gy,适宜辐射剂量为120~220 Gy。 In order to explore the influence of the different radiation doses to the biological effect of Lagerstroemia indica seed,different doses of ^60Co-γ were used to radiate the Lagerstroemia indica seed.The results showed that all the radiation could delay the Lagerstroemia indica seed germination starting time and peak.The seed germination rate decreased with the increase of radiation dose,there were negative correlation between them.The seedling height,fresh and dry weight,root length,leaf area of the treatments with the radiation dose of 100—200 Gy decreased compared to the treatment without radiation(control),and the seedling growth potential was lower than the control; seedling root system could not grow of the treatments with the radiation dose of 150—200 Gy.The proportion of viable seeds decreased with the increase of radiation dose.The half lethal dose of radiation for radiation breeding of the Lagerstroemia indica seed was 172.42 Gy,the suitable dose of radiation was 120—220 Gy.
